2023年，香港迪士尼樂園度假區（香港迪士尼）將為賓客送上源源不絕的驚喜，包括全年多個精彩特備節目與節慶活動、將於2023年下半年矚目登場的《魔雪奇緣》主題園區「魔雪奇緣世界」，以及粉絲熱切期待的全新 華特•迪士尼與米奇老鼠銅像。
為迎接充滿奇妙驚喜的一年，香港迪士尼將於1月13日舉行2023粉絲聚會 – 「奇妙處處通」專享場次，邀請粉絲一同為連串活動揭開序幕。粉絲聚會將設有小型展覽及嘉賓分享會，為大家介紹迪士尼的傳統故事，簡介全新華特•迪士尼與米奇老鼠銅像、預告2023年精彩活動巡禮及展示「魔雪奇緣世界」的最新資訊。「幸運兔奧斯華」更會與換上全新慶祝主題服飾的「迪士尼朋友」驚喜現身，與大家一起展望來年的無限可能！
2023 is bound to be a magical and memorable year with a rich line-up of immersive activities and seasonal events. The long-awaited Frozen-themed land, World of Frozen, will open in the second half of 2023 and a brand-new Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse statue will be unveiled.
To kick-off this exciting year, Hong Kong Disneyland Resort will hold a one-of-its kind 2023 FanFest on January 13 with Magic Access exclusive session, featuring speaker sharing sessions to introduce Disney heritage and the Walt Disney and Mickey Mouse statue, preview the non-stop activities in 2023 and give a sneak peek of World of Frozen with a mini exhibition. Oswald the Lucky Rabbit and Disney friends in all-new celebratory outfits will also make a surprise appearance. It is a perfect occasion to start the magical year together!

會員獨家紀念品（Member Exclusive Souvenir）：
- 每張活動門票將隨附一 張電子換領券（「電子換領券」）。合資格會員可以其有效的「奇妙處處通」個人會員卡於活動當天在活動場地兌換紀念品一份。
- Each Event Ticket is issued together with one (1) e-Voucher (“e-Voucher”) which may be used to redeem a souvenir at the Event venue on the day of the Event.

入園預約及提示（Park Reservation & Reminder）：
活動門票及電子換領券均不包括樂園之入場門票。每位合資格會員及隨行賓客需持有有效之個人會員卡及活動當天之入園預約。每一種類之門票或會員卡之預約均受配額限制。如個別名額已滿，將不再接受預約。
Neither the Event Ticket nor the e-Voucher include admission to the Park. To use the Event Ticket and the e-Voucher, Eligible Members and Accompany Guests are required to have valid Personalised Membership Card and Park visit reservation for the date of the Event. Park visit reservation of each type of ticket or membership card is subject to a limited quota. Reservation will not be accepted once the respective quota is full.
參加活動需知（Event Admission）：
合資格會員及其每位使用優惠門票的隨行賓客必須親身前往活動場地入口處出示以下文件：
a. 由香港國際主題樂園有限公司（「本公司」）發出載有活動門票的確認電子郵件; 及
b. 其有效的「奇妙處處通」個人會員卡。若本公司無法核實使用活動門票及/或電子換領券的人之身份或資格，本公司則有權拒絕發出或接受任何活動門票及/或電子換領券或允許任何人士參加活動
Eligible Member and each of his/her Accompanying Guests using the Event Ticket must present the following at the entrance of the Event venue in person:
a. the confirmation email storing the Event Ticket(s) issued by HKITP; and
b. his/her valid Magic Access Personalised Membership Card. HKITP may refuse to issue or accept any Event Ticket or admit any person to the Event if in HKITP’s determination the identity or eligibility of the person purchasing and/or using the Event Ticket cannot be verified.
重要事項（Important Details）：
- 活動時間資料及內容均有可能更改，恕不另行通知。
- Event information and offerings are subject to change without notice.
- 每位合資格會員在每次交易中最多可購買十張活動門票。
- Each Eligible Member may purchase up to ten (10) Event Tickets in each transaction.
- 每張活動門票只允許合資格會員或隨行賓客進入活動場地一次。活動門票名額先到先得，並視乎供應情況而定。
- Each Event Ticket will allow the Eligible Member or Accompanying Guest one-time admission to the Event only. Event Ticket quota is on a first come first served basis and is subject to availability.
- 每位合資格會員或隨行賓客可免費攜帶一名3歲以下嬰兒參加此活動。
- Each Eligible Member or Accompanying Guest entering the Event may bring one (1) infant aged below 3 to the Event without admission charge.
- 出席活動即表示每位合資格會員（為他/她自己並代表他/她的每位隨行賓客）同意： (a) 香港國際主題樂園有限公司（「本公司」）及其母公司、附屬公司、聯營公司及受讓人（包括華特迪士尼公司及其母公司、附屬公司及其他聯營公司及受讓人）（統稱為「「被免責方」）可為合資格會員、隨行賓客及其他出席活動的其他人士進行拍照、錄影，錄音及／或其他多媒體錄音（統稱為「材料」）; (b) 材料為本公司的專屬財產，本公司可以在任何目的下以任何方式、媒介和形式使用、複製及/或保留（包括但不限於展示、編輯、使用及/或以其他方式利用本人姓名、面孔、肖像、聲音和外表），而無需向合資格會員、隨行賓客或任何人提供任何補償、信用、責任、剩餘義務、保留或限制，或任何進一步批准或免除; 及(c) 他/她將無條件地、不可撤銷地、且在不收取額外費用的情況下放棄與材料有關的所有道德權利及類似的作者權利。
- By attending the Event, each Eligible Member agrees (for himself/herself and on behalf of each of his/her Accompanying Guests) that: (a) HKITP and its parent, subsidiary, affiliates and assigns (including The Walt Disney Company and its parent, subsidiary and other affiliated companies and assigns) (collectively referred to as “Released Parties”) may make photographs, videotapes, audio and/or other multimedia recordings (collectively, “Materials”) of the Eligible Member, Accompanying Guests and other persons attending the Event; (b) the Materials shall be the sole property of the Company and may be used, reproduced and/or retained for any purpose (including without limitation to display, edit, use and/or otherwise exploit my name, face, likeness, voice, and appearance) in any manner, medium and format without any compensation, credit, liability, residual obligations, reservation or limitation to, or any further approval or release from, the Eligible Member, the Accompanying Guests, or any person; and (c) he/she will waive, unconditionally, irrevocably, and without further payment, all moral rights and author’s rights of a similar kind in relation to the Materials. Eligible Member agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties for all claims or liabilities in respect of the Materials. The Released Parties are, however, under no obligation to exercise any rights granted herein.
- 電子換領券的換領須視乎紀念品供應情況及換領地點的營業時間而定。
- Redemption of e-Vouchers is subject to availability of the souvenir and the operating hours of the redemption location.
- 每張電子換領券只限使用一次及必須在活動當天使用，並且必須在兌換時出示載有電子換領券的有效活動門票。
- Each e-Voucher is for one-time use only, must be used on the Event day and must be presented at the time of redemption together with the valid Event Ticket with which the e-Voucher is issued.
- 是次活動贈送的紀念品不可轉售、退換及退款，不可全部或部分兌換現金、兌換其他產品或折扣。
- Souvenirs given for this Event are not for resale, non-exchangeable and non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash in whole or in part, or exchanged for other products or discounts.
- 每位合資格會員就違反任何陳述或保證或任何這些條款及細則而直接或間接引起的所有訴訟、損失、索賠、損害、費用和開支，向香港國際主題樂園有限公司、其母公司、子公司或關聯公司，以及各公司的董事、高級職員或員工作出全面賠償。
- Each Eligible Member fully indemnifies HKITP, its parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies, and the directors, officers or employees of each, against all actions, losses, claims, damages, costs and expenses of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly from any breach of any representation or warranty or any of these terms and conditions.
- 在適用法律允許的最大範圍內，即使本公司已被告知可能發生此類損失或損害，對於因活動引起的或與活動有關的任何損失或損害（無論是否由本公司的疏忽或其他原因造成）或任何人身傷害或死亡，本公司或其母公司、子公司或關聯公司均不會承擔任何責任，包括但不限於收入、利潤或商譽的損失，因未能接收或處理的任何交易、登記或通知而引起的任何損失或損害；任何電腦、電訊或設備故障或失靈；任何第三方提供的服務的任何缺陷或不足；或任何通知被誤導或丟失。
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, none of HKITP or its parent, subsidiary or affiliated company shall be liable to any person for any loss or damage (whether caused by the negligence of HKITP or otherwise) or any personal injury or death arising (whether directly or indirectly) from or in connection with the Event including, but not limited to, loss of income, profits or goodwill, any loss or damage arising from any failure to receive or process any transaction, registration or notice; any computer, telecommunications or equipment failure or malfunction; any deficiency or inadequacy of service rendered by any third party; or any notice which is misdirected or lost even if HKITP has been advised of the possibility of such loss or damage.
