香港迪士尼樂園「廣場飯店」移除「翠園」及「茶茶居」商標（2026年5月下旬）｜Hong Kong Disneyland's Plaza Inn Removes “Jade Garden” and “Cha Cha Room” Branding Signage (Late-May, 2026)

位於 香港迪士尼樂園「廣場飯店」正門範圍的餐廳招牌和餐牌櫃，經已在這個星期移除了「翠園」及「茶茶居」的商標。「廣場飯店」在重開後將由 香港迪士尼樂園度假區餐飲團隊 接手親自主理各項菜式。

The restaurant signage and menu display cases located near the main entrance of Plaza Inn at Hong Kong Disneyland have had the “Jade Garden” and “Cha Cha Room” branding removed this week. Following the reopening, Plaza Inn’s dining offerings will be directly operated by the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort's Culinary Team.

The restaurant signage on the rooftop structures of Plaza Inn has also been updated, with the “Jade Garden” and “Cha Cha Room” branding now removed.

About Plaza Inn

「廣場飯店」於2005年9月12日伴隨 香港迪士尼樂園 正式開幕，當時由美心主理。餐廳內部設計以 華特迪士尼動畫製作室《花木蘭》（Mulan）動畫電影為主題。「廣場飯店」營運至2019年9月19日，並於2019年9月20日起暫停服務以進行大型的「粉飾」工程。

Plaza Inn officially opened alongside Hong Kong Disneyland on September 12, 2005, and was originally operated by Maxim’s.  The restaurant’s interior design was inspired by Walt Disney Animation Studios animated film “Mulan”.  Plaza Inn operated through September 19, 2019, before temporarily closing on September 20, 2019 for a major refurbishment project.

In 2016, the resort added the Chinese name “廣場飯店” to the restaurant’s exterior signage.

「廣場飯店」於2019年12月23日重新營業，並更新為由美心集團旗下品牌「翠園」及「茶茶居」聯合主理，內部環境全面更新。華特迪士尼幻想工程團隊於2020年1月下旬，在餐廳範圍的六面屏風加上以「迪士尼朋友」為主題的十二生肖玻璃反刻鍍金藝術品。

Plaza Inn reopened on December 23, 2019, with operations jointly hosted by Maxim’s Group brands “Jade Garden” and “Cha Cha Room”, alongside a complete refresh of the restaurant’s interior environment.  In Late-January 2020, the Walt Disney Imagineering team introduced twelve Disney Friends-themed Chinese Zodiac Glass Gilded Art Pieces across the six decorative screens within the restaurant.

餐廳營運至2026年2月28日，並於2026年3月1日起暫停服務，以再一次進行「粉飾」工程。

The restaurant operated through February 28, 2026, before temporarily suspending operations on March 1, 2026 for another round of refurbishment works.

「廣場飯店」的背景故事講述，來自美國嘅主人家夫婦在「美國小鎮大街」經營旅店，他們熱愛環遊世界，經過多次周遊列國後，被中國的異國情調深深吸引，因而決定將充滿特色的中國菜餚引入美國中西部。這對夫婦將旅店變成了一家中菜飯店，迎合中西部睦鄰中喜愛接受新事物的賓客。配合其背景故事，飯店外放置了全新告示，當中寫到「廣場飯店店主正前往遠東尋找靈感與風味。請前往美國小鎮大街上的其他餐飲地點享用美食。」

According to Plaza Inn’s backstory, the American owners of an inn were avid globetrotters and after their many travels abroad, they fell in love with exotic China—so much so that they decided to introduce the exotic Chinese food to the Midwest.  They turned the inn into a Chinese restaurant, catering to those with adventuresome tastes among their reserved Midwestern neighbors.  The restaurant was a huge hit, attracting new customers from miles around. In keeping with its backstory, a notice has been placed outside the restaurant stating: “The Plaza Inn is temporarily closed while its proprietors travel to the Far East in search of new inspirations.  Please enjoy other dining options along Main Street, U.S.A.”

香港迪士尼樂園度假區 於2026年4月28日在「2025財政年度業績發佈會」上首度公開展示「廣場飯店」在這次重開後的部份菜式。另外，香港迪士尼樂園度假區餐飲團隊 亦透過社交平台專頁，分享在5月8日和5月9日舉行的「廣場飯店」優先嚐味體驗活動花絮，並預告「廣場飯店」將於2026年6月中重開，並為賓客帶來耳目一新、充滿魔法的餐飲體驗。

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offered a first look at selected dishes from the reimagined Plaza Inn during the Fiscal Year 2025 Annual Business Review on April 28, 2026.  In addition, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Culinary Team also shared highlights from the Plaza Inn preview tasting experience held on May 8 and 9 through their social media page, while teasing that Plaza Inn is set to reopen in Mid-June 2026 with a refreshed and magical new dining experience for guests.
