香港迪士尼打造全新辦公空間鼓勵團隊創意交流 推行實習計劃助年輕人才開拓事業發展｜Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Unveils New Workplace Designed to Inspire Creativity and Collaboration, Expands Internship Programme to Support Young Talent

香港迪士尼樂園度假區（香港迪士尼）於早前完成辦公室翻新工程，透過融入迪士尼故事元素及增設更多共享工作空間，打造一個鼓勵創意交流、團隊協作及跨部門互動的工作環境，期望為演藝人員帶來更多靈感，同時透過推行實習計劃為年輕人才提供更多學習及事業發展機會。

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (HKDL) recently completed a renovation of its office, creating a workplace that incorporates Disney storytelling and additional collaborative spaces to foster creativity, teamwork, and cross-functional collaboration.  Designed to inspire Cast Members while encouraging the exchange of ideas, the new workplace also complements the resort's internship programme, which provides young talent with valuable learning experiences and career development opportunities.

香港迪士尼表示，在人工智能逐漸改變職場模式的今天，人與人之間的交流與合作依然是學習及成長的重要一環，因此希望透過全新的辦公空間，讓不同團隊的演藝人員在日常工作中建立更緊密聯繫，共同為賓客創造更多奇妙回憶。

As artificial intelligence continues to reshape the workplace, Hong Kong Disneyland believes that many of the most valuable learning experiences still come from human interaction. Through its redesigned office, the Resort hopes to foster greater collaboration across teams while inspiring Cast Members to work together in creating magical experiences for Guests.

全新辦公空間融入迪士尼故事元素
A Workplace Inspired by Disney Stories

翻新後的辦公室以迪士尼故事作為設計靈感，讓演藝人員從踏進辦公室的一刻便感受到品牌文化。

The renovated office incorporates Disney storytelling into its design, allowing Cast Members to immerse themselves in Disney's culture from the moment they enter the building.

入口設置大型迪士尼名牌佈置，象徵每位演藝人員都是迪士尼故事的重要一部份，正如 華特．迪士尼先生 曾說：「你可以設計、創造，並建造出世界上最奇妙的地方，但唯有人，才能讓夢想成真。」；樓梯旁邊則設有以「奇妙夢想城堡」為設計概念的藝術佈置，透過解構與重塑的設計，加上用黃銅網精細焊接，象徵不同背景及專業的人才匯聚一起，共同創造奇妙時刻。

A large Disney name tag installation at the entrance symbolizes that every Cast Member is an essential part of the Disney story.  As Walt Disney once said, “You can dream, create and build the most wonderful place in the world… but it requires people to make the dream a reality”.  Beside the staircase stands an art installation inspired by the Castle of Magical Dreams.  Crafted in a deconstructed style using meticulously welded brass mesh, it symbolizes talented individuals from diverse backgrounds and areas of expertise coming together to create magical moments.

辦公室內亦設有多個共享交流空間，其中包括以《愛麗絲夢遊仙境》旋轉茶杯為靈感打造的交流空間，鼓勵不同團隊自然交流及激發創意。茶杯內更刻有迪士尼體驗（Disney Experiences）首席財務總監 莫偉庭（Michael E. Moriarty）過往於擔任香港迪士尼行政總裁期間經常分享的一句說話：「The answer is in the room.」，意指許多想法往往就在彼此的交流與討論之中誕生，希望鼓勵團隊以開放思維迎接不同挑戰。

The office also features several collaborative spaces designed to encourage spontaneous conversations and idea sharing.  One of the highlights is a lounge inspired by the Mad Tea Party from Alice in Wonderland.  Inside the teacup is engraved a quote frequently shared by Disney Experiences Chief Financial Officer Michael E. Moriarty during his time as Managing Director of Hong Kong Disneyland: “The answer is in the room.”  The message reminds Cast Members that many of the best ideas emerge through open conversations and teamwork.

而設於大堂中央的度假區模型地圖，則讓演藝人員以全新角度認識香港迪士尼的整體運作。從主題園區到酒店業務，每個崗位都與賓客體驗息息相關。當年輕人才看見自己的工作如何連繫整個度假區，便更容易理解自身工作的價值和影響力。

Located in the center of the lobby, a model of the resort allows Cast Members to view the operation of HKDL from a new perspective – from park operation to hotel businesses, every role contributes to the overall guest experience.  This way, young talent can gain a stronger understanding when they see how their work plays a part in the entire Resort.

實習生接觸大型活動策劃　了解樂園營運
Internship Programme Provides Hands-on Experience

香港迪士尼於2026年錄取近160位暑期實習生。實習不只是學生履歷上的一項經歷，而是他們第一次走進迪士尼幕後，了解一場演出、一個活動，甚至一個奇妙時刻是如何誕生。參與實習計劃的大學生能夠接觸活動策劃、市場推廣、傳訊或營運管理等不同範疇。透過參與實際活動項目，讓實習生能夠親身了解一個國際級旅遊度假區如何將創意想法轉化為賓客體驗。

This year, HKDL welcomed nearly 160 summer interns.  The internship offers much more than just a résumé milestone, it gives students a chance to go behind the scenes and discover how a show, an event, or even a magical moment comes to life.  University students received opportunities across areas such as event planning, marketing, communications, or operations management.  Through hands-on involvement in real projects, interns gain firsthand experience of how a world-class tourism destination transforms ideas into exceptional guest experiences.

現於活動及營運綜合策劃部實習的張樂賢（Adam），由酒店營運崗位開始，現時參與「奇妙跑步嘉年華」的籌備工作。他表示，實習期間有機會接觸不同團隊及項目，了解活動由概念構思至正式推出的整個流程，更欣賞香港迪士尼演藝人員共同以為賓客創造歡樂為目標，讓自己重新體會工作的意義。

Adam Cheung, an intern in Event and Operations Integration Planning team, began his Disney journey in hotel operations and is currently supporting preparations for the preparation of the upcoming Magic Run Fest.  According to Adam, the internship has allowed him to collaborate with different teams and witness how an event evolves from concept to execution.  He was particularly inspired by the shared passion among Cast Members, who work together with one common goal — to create happiness and magical experiences for Guests.

除了實際工作經驗外，香港迪士尼亦為來自不同國家、文化及學術背景的實習生提供交流平台，透過分享不同觀點及經驗，拓闊國際視野。

The programme also provides opportunities for interns from different countries, cultures, and academic backgrounds to exchange ideas and broaden their international perspectives.

來自新加坡、修讀酒店及旅遊管理的 Darren Toh ，為挑戰自己在海外工作及生活，並體驗迪士尼世界級服務文化，加入香港迪士尼樂園實習計劃。作為樂園營運部賓客服務實習生，他主要於售票處及市鎮會堂為賓客提供協助及解答查詢。

Darren Toh, a Hospitality and Tourism Management student from Singapore, joined the HKDL Internship Program to challenge himself overseas and experience Disney’s renowned service culture firsthand.  As a Guest Relations intern, he worked at the Ticket Booths and City Hall, assisting guests with inquiries.

這次實習不僅提升了 Darren 的獨立處事能力和自信心，更讓他深入體會迪士尼卓越服務背後的理念。他表示： 實習期間，我最大的收穫之一是有機會與來自不同背景的演藝人員共事。透過日常合作和交流，我不僅學習到如何為賓客創造更好的體驗，也接觸到不同的服務技巧和工作方式。這讓我明白，迪士尼魔法不只是來自個人的努力，更是團隊合作的成果。」

The experience strengthened his independence and confidence while deepening his understanding of Disney’s service philosophy. “One of the most rewarding parts of my internship was working with cast members from diverse backgrounds.  Through daily collaboration, I learned new service skills and ways of working, and realized that Disney magic is created through teamwork, not individual effort alone”.

香港迪士尼樂園度假區人力資源副總裁 鄭家濂（Colin）表示： 科技或會改變我們的工作方式，但無法取代人與人之間的連繫和創意。我們希望透過全新的辦公室設計，建立一個鼓勵交流、激發創意和促進團隊合作的工作環境，共同構建一個讓演藝人員進步和成長的地方。對我們而言，辦公空間不只是工作場所，更是我們企業文化與價值的體現。」

Colin Chang, vice president, Human Resources said: “Technology is changing the way we work, but human interactions and creativity remain irreplaceable.  Through our newly redesigned office, we hope to create an environment that encourages communication, sparks creativity, and strengthens collaboration, enabling Cast Members to build deeper connections and grow together.  For us, an office is more than a place to work.  It reflects how an organization realizes its culture and values in everyday life”.

從實習生到樂園大使　見證事業成長
From Intern to Disney Ambassador

不少演藝人員亦由實習生開始，在香港迪士尼展開自己的職業旅程。現任香港迪士尼樂園度假區親善大使 黃卓琳（Charlotte），便曾經以實習生身份加入香港迪士尼。她分享，兒時與家人到訪樂園的回憶，成為自己追逐夢想的動力。

For many young people in Hong Kong, Hong Kong Disneyland is a place filled with childhood memories.  For some Cast Members, however, those memories have become the beginning of a meaningful career.  One such example is Charlotte Wong, the current Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassador, who first joined the resort as an intern.  Charlotte shared that her childhood visits to Hong Kong Disneyland inspired her dream of one day becoming part of the Disney family. Starting as an intern, she later became a full-time Cast Member before eventually being selected as Hong Kong Disneyland Ambassador.

Charlotte 表示，由四年前最初希望加入實習計劃，到成為全職演藝人員，再到擔任樂園大使，每一步都獲得香港迪士尼鼓勵把握不同學習機會，讓她逐步拓闊視野、深入了解度假區運作，並建立迎接不同挑戰的信心。

“Four years ago, my goal was simply to join as an intern. After achieving that, I aspired to stay on as a full-time Cast Member, and eventually challenged myself to become a HKDL ambassador,” said Charlotte.

她續指： 「每次走進度假區，我依然會感受到那份熟悉的感覺。最有意義的是，我現在能夠透過自己的工作，與團隊一起為賓客及社區創造難忘回憶，將自己曾經感受到的歡樂和迪士尼精神傳承下去。」

“Those experiences broadened my perspective, strengthened my connections across teams, and gave me the confidence to embrace new opportunities, ultimately helping me grow into the ambassador role,” she said. “I look forward to continuing to grow and create even more magical moments for our Guests and fellow Cast Members.”
