四位演藝人員的奇妙友情與初心如一，20年風雨同路迎香港迪士尼新里程｜20 Years of Friendship and Magic: Four Dedicated Cast Members Journey Through Rain or Shine to Celebrate Hong Kong Disneyland’s New Chapter

20年前，他們走進了這個充滿童話的世界，今日，他們依然同行。💫

It all began with a shared dream and a sprinkle of pixie dust.

從 2005 年開園前夕到如今盛大的 香港迪士尼樂園度假區 20週年慶典，四位演藝人員——梁偉豪（Ricco）、周紫圓（Annie）、方珮思（Denise）和 林意美（Kim）—— 在香港迪士尼的奇妙旅程中，一直肩並肩同行。

In 2005, as Hong Kong Disneyland prepared to welcome its first guests, four Cast Members — Ricco Leung, Annie Chow, Denise Fong, and Kim Lam — stepped into the magic with hearts full of wonder.  Today, two decades later, they remain not only proud members of the team but also lifelong friends whose bond has weathered every storm (literally and figuratively).

「我們相識二十年了，這段友情早已超越了工作，是家人般的存在。」Ricco 分享道。

“We’ve known each other for 20 years,” Ricco shares.  “Over time, it’s not just work—it’s become family.”

作為度假區的「開園團隊」（Park Opening Team），他們再次攜手齊心策劃20週年慶典，與度假區9,000 多名演藝人員一起，打造前所未有的盛大派對，當中包括全新城堡表演、歷來最大型巡遊 ——《迪士尼好友巡遊派對》，以及20週年慶典特別版版本《迪士尼星夢光影之旅》夜間匯演。而在這背後，是他們多年來建立的默契與信任，是每一個細節的打磨與投入。

To celebrate Hong Kong Disneyland’s 20th Anniversary, these four Cast Members joined forces once again to help plan the most ambitious celebration in the resort’s history.  With more than 9,000 Cast Members coming together, the year-long party features dazzling entertainment — from an all-new castle show to the resort’s largest parade (Disney “Friendtastic!” Parade) and a special edition of the beloved nighttime spectacular, Momentous.  But behind the scenes, the real magic lies in the unwavering teamwork that brought it all to life.

友情的魔法 ✨ A Friendship Built to Last

不經不覺，四人相識已經20 年，由當年一同進入樂園營運部，到現在雖已轉到不同部門，但他們有一個「風雨不改」的傳統——每年都會在樂園正門的噴水池前「打卡」留念。

Though their paths into Disney were different, their connection was instant.  From the early days in park operations to their current leadership roles, Ricco, Annie, Denise, and Kim have remained close collaborators—and even closer friends.  Over the past 20 years, the four of them have built a lasting friendship that began when they joined the park operations team.  Though they now work in different teams, they come together for their annual tradition to take a group photo in front of the fountain at the park’s entrance.

今年2月，來自不同部門的領袖及合作多年的同事、拍檔，更特意為他們安排一個驚喜時刻，齊集噴水池前送上禮物，以作紀念。

This February, their leaders, longtime colleagues and partners surprised them with a special celebration, presenting them with gifts to mark this remarkable milestone.

Kim 憶述自己在巴黎迪士尼看到一位清潔人員在雨中哼歌工作的一幕，讓她深深感受到「返工都可以咁快樂」，因此決心加入香港迪士尼。

For Kim, a visit to Disneyland Paris sparked her dream. She recalls seeing a custodial Cast Member joyfully singing in the rain.  “That was the moment I realized work could be full of happiness and meaning,” she said.  That one memory inspired her to apply to Hong Kong Disneyland.

而 Annie、Denise 和 Ricco 都因為香港終於擁有一座本地的迪士尼樂園，抱住「唔係唔入嚟做呀」的心態，一頭投入奇妙世界，自此成為「打風都打唔甩」的最佳拍檔。

As for Annie, Denise, and Ricco, they were driven by pride — pride that Hong Kong finally had its own Disney Park.  “We couldn’t imagine not being part of it,” Annie reflects.  “And that feeling has never gone away.”

「我哋之間好多時開會只要一個眼神，大家都知道對方想點。搞活動一定會遇到挑戰，只要我地四個人一起面對，就能做好、做對。」」Ricco 笑說。

Their strong connection and mutual trust have been vital to their success. “We rarely have arguments,” Ricco said, “Most of the time, a single glance in a meeting is enough to know what the other is thinking.  Challenges are always part of event planning, but as long as the four of us face them together, we can get it done and get it right.”

用心打造最奇妙的派對 🎉 Bringing the Magic to Life

為了籌備這場盛事，四人早於一年半前開始工作，進行過百次場地測試與會議，目標是為賓客帶來最難忘的奇妙派對。

Planning for the 20th Anniversary began 18 months in advance, and the effort was nothing short of extraordinary.  From over 100 site inspections and rehearsals to the launch of new Cast training programs and enhancements backstage, every detail was carefully crafted.

Denise 與不同部門緊密合作，負責規劃巡遊路線、無人機升空點等運作細節，確保一切順利推進。Ricco 則與迪士尼大學等團隊合作，推出「D Chat」訓練，幫助演藝人員掌握作為「派對主人家」的角色定位，透過充滿趣味和互動性的方式，為賓客帶來更投入的派對體驗 —— 正如近日人氣爆燈的「森林河流之旅」中，船長們的精彩表現在社交平台上瘋傳。

Denise led the operational blueprint, coordinating parade routes and drone flight logistics. Ricco partnered with teams across the resort to develop “D Chat,” an engaging training that empowered Cast Members to become charismatic “Party Hosts” — much like the fan-favorite skippers of Jungle River Cruise, whose performances recently went viral online.

Kim 投入提升後台設施與休息區，聆聽同事建議，不斷優化空間，讓演藝人員能以最佳狀態在屬於自己的舞台上發光發熱。

Kim focused on upgrading backstage environments, including better signage, reorganized offices, and newly renovated rest areas to support performers and crew alike. By actively gathering feedback and refining plans along the way, Kim ensured Cast Members had the ideal environment to shine on stage.

而熟悉前線工作的 Annie，則擔任橋樑角色，與人力資源部合作為演藝人員安排專屬活動，包括預告派對及巡遊搶先欣賞，提升參與度與歸屬感。香港迪士尼提供多元發展機會，Annie就是最佳例子，她於樂園營運部起步，曾任不同職位，包括賓客服務經理及樂園營運經理。如今轉到傳訊及公共事務部繼續發揮所長。

Meanwhile, Annie brought the celebration to life for the Cast themselves — coordinating early sneak peeks, surprise previews, and internal events that helped everyone feel part of the milestone.  HKDL also offers diverse development opportunities cast members. Annie’s journey is a testament to this ethos. She began her career in park operations and has since held various roles, including guest services manager and park duty manager, before transitioning to her current role in communications and public affairs.  “This company truly supports both lateral and upward career development,” she shared.  “It helps us find the path that suits us best. Even after 20 years, every day still brings new challenges and excitement.”

展望未來，奇妙不止於此 🌟 The Next Chapter of Wonder

即使經歷了二十個年頭，四人對工作依然充滿熱誠。Annie 分享道：「公司一直都支持我們橫向或者向上發展，每一日都有新挑戰！」

Though their roles have changed, one thing hasn’t: their passion for people and storytelling.  Annie, who started her journey in park operations, reflects on her path: “HKDL helps us find the path that suits us best. Even after 20 years, every day still brings new challenges and excitement.”

從「灰熊山谷」、「迷離莊園」、「魔雪奇緣世界」到將於未來登場的 Pixar 和 Marvel 項目，作為度假區的「開園團隊」（Park Opening Team）的他們見證了樂園一步步成長，並滿載無限可能。

As members of the original Park Opening Team, they’ve watched the park expand and evolve — welcoming new lands like Grizzly Gulch, Mystic Point, World of Frozen, and upcoming Marvel and Pixar projects.  For them, the future is as bright as ever.

「有一日，我哋都會退下來，但我唔覺得係句號。」Denise 笑說：「四人明白，總有一天會退下來，但這並非結束。他們希望將經驗傳承給下一代領袖。Annie表示：「我諗當我退休之後，我仍然會繼續關注樂園的每一個動向，我希望樂園會愈來愈好，成為每個人心中最喜愛的地方。」我會繼續關注每一個新消息，繼續為樂園打氣。」

While they know that one day they will pass the torch to the next generation of leaders, they view this not as an ending, but as a continuation of the story. “Even after I retire, I’ll still be following every update about the park,” Annie said. “I hope it continues to grow and becomes the most beloved place in everyone’s heart.”

在這個不斷變化的世界，四人的友情如同迪士尼的魔法一樣歷久常新，並在未來延續風雨不改的奇妙力量。

Their story is a testament to the magic Cast Members create — not just in the parks, but in the bonds they share and the joy they bring to generations of guests.  Because at Hong Kong Disneyland, magic isn’t just found in fireworks or fairytales.  It’s found in friendships that last a lifetime.
